i vowed nt to take caffeine.. but had to. damn it. semi-comatose state forced the weak mind to the kitchen for a cup of 2-in 1 kopi-o. nvr tot i would resort to it... grrr.. well anyhw the caffeine's good. keeps me awake. i'm officially drugged. 2 weeks.. and i promise to be off caffeine. kills my complexion totally.

need some fresh air soon. the post-torture schedule's already somewhat in place...before the next leg of the run begin. i'm seriously losing it..
